I am running a Facebook competition - I am going to pick a winner tonight and want to know which is the best tool out there for my need.

I have done a Google and multiple options come up.

Thanks

Aren't their facebook apps that will do that? Or third party apps or webistes that will connect to facebook. Otherwise put the names into a hat and get an appropriate person to draw it. DIA has rules on their website https://www.dia.govt.nz/diawebsite.nsf/wpg_URL/Services-Casino-and-Non-Casino-Gaming-Prize-Competition-Game-Rules#seven

Why the stupid replys.
I understand you may not have the answer but stop ruining my post.
I am asking a genuine question.

What's the point of the competition? Give it to the best competitor is the usual way.

Well, your competition, but if you've asked for the best whatever, and the prize goes to the worst, then people won't be happy.

Do a live feed and draw the winner out of random.org

Is this actually a competition, or just a prize draw?

If it's a competition, give it to the winner judged by whatever the entry terms were - best/biggest/fastest whatever.

If it's a random draw, then chucking a dart or drawing from a hat would work.
