Tried using an incognito window to start with? Any ad blockers, tracking blockers?

And making sure the new password you're using is randomly generated and not easily guessed.

Try using a completely different computer. Maybe your computer is infected with malware that hijacks Facebook sessions.

Add blockers, script blockers, tracking blockers etc as mentioned above.

Try disabling IPV6. As if Ipv6 hasn't been setup properly on your network, often Facebook is the first service to break.

Try logging in via the Facebook app on Android. But do so while connected to Wifi on your home network. So Facebook will still see your IP address.
