Not sure how i have done it, 

On my business Facebook page it seems that when anyone views it and then clicks on message it automatically comes up with "how can I help you"

I then get a ping on my device that someone has messaged me.

Not sure how I did this or how to turn it on and or off as it seems quite a handy tool :)
