Need a new work laptop.  We use a terminal server with remote logon's (i.e. hot desking).  We've been told to spend $1.5k on a laptop.  I am wondering if instead we can spend $600 on a really good chromebook, and use remote desktop connection to connect to the terminal server.

I've seen a chrome app "Chrome RDP" with a $10 fee. Just wondering if anyone has tried this or something else to log into a terminal server.  I'm looking for something as easy to use as Microsoft RDC.

We will not be using the laptop for anything at all other than RDC.

What do you reckon?
