Looks alright, although I might just sign up for the cheaper shipping options. Pity the Wheedle Fastway site doesn't register half the addresses in the Wellington region.

So, I've just started receiving "Wheedle-Send Comment" emails telling me that donovanc1 sent a comment. I'm not sure if this is notifying me of comments on my nonexistent auctions (i.e. their system has mixed me up with someone else like that poor light-bulb seller) or whether they have messaging functionality I can't find.

Oh NOOOOW I get it! That's the email that gets sent when a seller comments on their auction and you're watching it. Apparently it's too much effort to tell you what the heck a comment is, or what auction it's referring to.

placeholder="Search" onkeyup="javascript:deleteSpecialChar(this);"  onkeypress="return deleteenterkey(event);"
They are relying on javascript to clean their search input box based on a keyup event?
Have they not heard of Right click and paste? No keyup event for that. :P

hahahahaha.... someone on the TMMB is claiming that the session issue also allows you to edit other peoples auctions! This would mean you can see the reserve?

Well I've just listed my caravan with Wheedle and all went very smoothly. Totally impressed despite my initial scepticsm. Only problem is the photos haven't yet loaded which is probably a very good thing as they are likely being vetted after the hideous photo that was posted late last nite by some prankster.
Still yet to see if the have security issues or SQL injection problems - I was careful to use a completely unique password just in case. Well, I guess that is just good practice anyways.
I hope this does work for Wheedle - I really do want them to offer a viable alternative to TradeMe.  I hope they realise if they lose any momentum at this stage then they are sunk. So far the site has stayed up so that is encouraging.

Did you drop the database yet?

Edit:  Oh, looking at this, I'd be a bit concerned about giving that a go just for kicks... it might actually work, leaving you in a bit of trouble!

Please don't try that on my auction. I don't want a negative credit with these guys!
