YadaMe: If you forget your password are they sending it to you or resetting the password?

I've just found a potential problem with password reset. Trying to find Wheedle's contact to report this.

Why does it need caps? I already have a 9 character password with two numbers and a really bad memory.

It needs cap so you can add something to make it stronger.

You have one password for all site you use? That's bad personal security. There are plenty of password applications that can help you with this - LastPass for example works with all browsers on Windows and will automatically fill passwords, create passwords, etc.

Many usability issues with their forms on the new user sign up.

Also login on a page doesnt take you back to that page. Logging in with an incorrect password puts the warning that it failed at the bottom of the page, not at the top where you will read it etc.

Seems a little rushed still.

If it was a complete rebuild, they appear to have rebuilt it pretty quickly, so some teething problems would be expected.

I just get "The connection to www.wheedle.co.nz was interrupted."

Not sure if that's because I'm coming from an Australian IP address or not.

Probably. It seems Wheedle does block access from outside New Zealand.

Cancel alert about the password reset problem. It works as designed.

I see an article on Trademe and the cost of featured listings... Wonder if its heading up to an 'article' on Wheedle.

I like how the categories (at least in the Computers section) are word-for-word identical to those on Trademe...

Edit: Oh and all of the pages have the exact same title tag so using History is almost impossible.

Phone number field is compulsory, but when I enter my number in the format: "09 xxx xxxx" it tells me "That phone number is invalid. Please try again". WTF?!

Doesn't accept "+64 9 xxx xxxx" or "+649xxxxxxx", ie without spaces. I see the input field has a data-val-regex-pattern of ^\s*\d+\s*$ so can someone who can read regex please tell me what format my phone number has to be.
