Hey guys,

we are launching food cooking and delivery service currently. Just few words about this concept: we cook food for our community members and deliver to Auckland CBD 5 times a week during lunch time for takeaway. So if you are living, working or studying in CBD this service may match you. We are passionate about healthy and fresh food and our meals are cooked by chief. Besides, our price probably is the best one offered in CBD since we charge only $7 per meal.

We just started landing page to get more customers on board, please check it on www.kitchened.co.nz

I would appreciate any comments, advices and criticism about this concept, as well as some promotion ideas. Cheers guys.

Is this an infomercial, or a first post?  undecided

If the food tastes better than those packaged Wishbone thing (and all other brands of TV dinner available around supermarkets, even those made by small New Zealand-based companies) it would be worth trying.

Thanks freitasm. Yes, we pay much attention to the quality of food and recipes. We have a chef on board, I think our customers will be positively surprised.

It would be a perfect service for me and I have registered on your website for further info. The make or break thing for me would be where your drop of point for your meals is. If I have to spend 20 minutes getting to a point and 20 minutes getting back then its probably not worth it

Comments?. I would get someone to check your grammar on the website. It is quite cringe worthy as it has quite a large number of problems.

Thanks for you comment, itxtme. People will order food online by arranging weekly subscription. Then we will deliver food to Auckland CBD for takeaway. Our main idea is to create community of people who fond of healthy food, and cook for this community.

My last trip to OZ I found the 'Uber' for food deliveries model to be quite big over there. In NZ it seems to be restricted to gym bunnies and special dietary needs. All the best. I think this is a market that will be quite big in the coming months. Not sure health and safety views the same

Hi scheduler, many thanks for signing up and staying in touch, much appreciated. We are going to deliver to Elliott street. How do you find it?

Your concept is good.
Your website needs to be worked on URGENTLY if you want to be taken seriously.

I think the website itself looks good. There are a couple of things a good copywriter would suggest (including spelling out numbers under ten, use of commas). Also if you have a domain name you should use a service (Google Apps, Office 365) and have your contact email on the same domain instead of a Gmail account.

Other than this I think it's going in the right direction.

Another note to whoever designed the site: pay attention to those CSS in the HTML body. You can't cache those, so it would be a good idea to put them in a .css file instead which can be easily cacheable. Doing this also reduces the size of the HTML download.

Hi khull, we are going to use registered kitchen for cooking and professional staff (cookers and chef). I mean that our concept is different than "Uber" food style delivery services.

I gave up trying to take this seriously after the 5th spelling mistake.

I am intrigued though - who is this "chief" and is he world famous ?

" Cooked by chef

Our tasty, healthy and fresh-made meals are prepared with love by a professional team supervised by chief."
