+1 for Parmco. The house we bought 2 years back had it already installed. Never heard of it; but have been happy with the features, performance and the support (had a failed thermostat which was replaced quickly with no fuss - even after hours!!). So yeah it might not have the flashy notability of a Bosch etc, but I wouldn't have any issues with going with Parmco again.

Have used Smeg, Simpson, Bosch and now Parmco; and wouldn't say any were necessarily better than the others. They all heated up, had timers, and cooked stuff :P

Can't really recommend anything in that price range, the oven I like is Miele mainly because I require a precise temperature when cooking. However, the other brands are all pretty good these days, so long I guess as its accurate, easy to clean and energy efficient and has a good warrantee I guess.

Thanks everyone for your replies. I think we're going to look for a good deal on the Westinghouse POR668S - possibly even Waitangi Day sales...

On another note, I've just spoken to our electrician and it'll be a quick and cheap install so we might get one before the end of the month.
