quebec: They will probably disagree.

There is no reason to think they will disagree. Any company of a decent size and reputation will want to assess and resolve any issues. Sometimes the client just needs an explanation.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll send the owner an email with pictures asking if he can get one of the other installers to have a look and fix the level.

So a service tech came out today to check & he thinks it's level. Ceiling has a very slight fall.

it would be ok if it was that was "level" the other way, but its "level" to the wrong side.

Could be the angle of the camera, but the spirit level in both those photos seems to show the right side higher than the left, not level.

I don’t know how to argue this anymore with them. They will most likely demand rest of the payment on Monday. 
guy who came said he mostly does service & repairs & that the drain tray also has enough slope so draining won’t be an issue. He also kept saying if any issues with draining etc. give us a call.

I think you need to let it go. Its close enough to level, and its a rental so its not like you're gonna be looking at it. The biggest problem is the ceiling being out makes it look worse.
