For those using it for controlling security camera/webcams and recording images can you link to the software/hardware you're using and how you set things up?  Seems a great application for the Pi and I have a B+ just sitting around waiting for me to repurpose it!

Very easy to setup and use. You control it via command line so nice and easy to ssh into your pi to play around with it.

There is a you tube video that takes you through it although I have never watched it.
