the IT people need to look into the > 30 second loading time and long delays doing searches in the app.

That was quite noticeable on the old web site, fire up the page on a mobile device to do a search, start typing, and it'd just freeze for awhile not responding. In the meantime you'd have typed everything twice because you thought the keypresses hadn't registered. However with the new site that interminable delay is gone, response is instantaneous now. As I mentioned in the first post, this is one of the few "UI refreshes" that actually improves things... come to think of it, it may be the only one I've encountered where they've actually made things better with the redo (think about anything from Microsoft, the Firefox browser, etc for "refreshes" that have fixed no identifiable problem and have frequently made things worse).

Also the last time I was at bunnings we were both standing around looking board waiting on the powerpass app to load so I could then get into my card to have them scan that.

Yup, there has been a recent update that made some improvements here, and there is work still ongoing on general performance.

Heater is seasonal so probably on an island somewhere, not an allocated bay for it. I would look around the front of the store infront of the tool area or the other side of the checkouts, thats where they normally stick heating and fans and stuff they only have part time.

That's actually an interesting point, some items won't have an aisle/bay location, in which case do you report them as "In display islands" or a more generic "Check in-store for location"? The former is more useful, but will mis-report locations of things in aisles that have inadvertently had no aisle location assigned to them.
