Apart from the monthly line charges. Ours are about $36 per month

Is your hot water electric califont, or is it electric cylinder?

 

Gas from the road is over $1.50 a day supply charge, then the gas you use for Hamilton.

 

So just the supply costs is over $540 a year for the piped gas.
