neb:minimoke:Just a warning to people who do this, particularly with older dishwashers, you've got a device full of electronics, some at 240V, and with heating elements that's also got water running through it. If something goes wrong while you're asleep, it can result in a fire, or at least a lot of toxic smoke from burning/melted plastic. I'd be careful about running something like this while you're asleep...

Reasonably relevant. Last year rellies of ours had a serious house fire caused by the electronics in their dishwasher. An Asko, about 20 years old I suppose. They weren't home, they had put the dishwasher on before they left to go away for a couple of days. They still aren't back in the house...
