I may have been exaggerating... I put it on, watched it as it heated, and then turned it down to 80% to cook. I found an "overdrive" setting for the hob too...

timmmay: Cheers Mike. I used it last night to cook some eggs, worked fine, but my cooking style is "maximum heat cook it really fast".


Yep my wife is an awesome cook but she produced some impressive charcoal when we got our Induction Range.

Pssst I did the same but it was during the day when she didn't see so don't tell her ;)
