Our Miss 5 has broken the shower door. We're on the hunt for a new bracket and searches so far from Mitre 10, Bunnings, Plumbing World, Home Plus and Chesters have been unsuccessful... Does anyone have any clues?
Well, if all else fails you could get one fabricated at an engineering shop that specialises in aluminium/stainless steel. I'm guessing that it could cost you $50 - $75 but probably cheaper than a new door.

I wouldn't bet on it. The last time I got a quote for a one-off like this, which was even simpler, I was looking at around $150. It's one of those jobs where you really need to "know someone".
And showers are surprisingly cheap. Cheap being a relative term.
If you know then Brand then try the manufacturer. Should be spares available. Failing that you may be able to repair it with some Cyano glue and a small piece of aluminium (or other metal) cut to size, painted, and screwed in place to hold it together? Otherwise a new door but they're expensive.
That part is very easy to fabricate, nothing complex especially if you tell the fabricator you will finish it (smooth the surfaces and round the edges). A fabricator should be able to do it in 10 to 20 minutes from an offcut. He can even make the round part by solvent welding (industrial "super glue") a rod into a hole instead of turning it from one piece. Nylon should be enough and easy to work, or Polycarb but is harder and make sure you wash off all traces of cutting oil or else in a few months it will suddenly crack.
What is the diameter of the pivot pin? If it matches what we have at work then I can offer to do a very rough part out of Nylon, drill/recess the hole, and fit the pin. It would be done on a mill, but the hole will be round (not locating flats) and I am an electronic engineer not a fabricator so it would be whatever it ends up like and you need to do the finishing.
I'm in Auckland and you'd need to mail it to me so I take measurements and I'm not sure when I'd be able to get access to the mill, so consider it a very last resort. Or I could mail you a block of Nylon if you feel adventurous.
