Hi,

So we have a Chubb alarm system at the house we bought. (its not monitored)

Last night I noticed that the light was flashing on the box that was outside.

Sadly the owners didn't even use this nor knew any information in regards to pin etc.

Is there anything I should be worrying about? In terms of more power or anything like that? I don't really mind the flashing but I wouldn't want the alarm to start in the middle of the night.

I have never noticed it before.

Any ideas would be awesome.

Not sure is it okay to leave it like that or i need to get someone out to remove it? I have a spilter installed so it won't affect my line just not sure what to do.

Thanks

Possibly needs the external battery replacing. Ring Chubb.

We don't have a Chubb but have a Mongoose. Flashing light outside but no siren indicates alarm has been activated while away and armed. Also flashing light on keypad. Cancelled by hitting the # key.
Probably different for yours. Check online for a manual and/or contact Chubb.
