I provided my email address twice yesterday for the consumer winter warm home guide.

Nothing received, nothing in the spam folder.

Did this work for you? any delay?

I'm using gmail/apps.

[Edit: I used a feedback form on the consumer site this morning to let them know]

Worked for me just now. Email arrived within about a minute. Gmail account.

People often mistake me for an adult because of my age.

Thanks for that. I tried again but no mail.

Since you received ok I might guess they are attempting to restrict service to NZ using a geo ip database. Maybe a free one if this is the result.

I am in NZ, my isp is FYX.

An anonymous geekzone user sent me static link to a copy of the pdf. Problem solved : ).

That is until next time I come across a site relying on a free or dated service for geolocation....
