We are moving house and the place we are moving to has no security alarm.

I have been researching what is out in the market in regards to alarm systems that I can log into from my phone and received alerts etc without having the cost of it being monitored.

I also wanted to have some IP Camera intergration as well.

The only thing I can find that meets these need is the below which is launching next month but in the US only;

Is there any other alternaives out there that people have come across??

It would be nice to have a alarm keypad even if its just a deterant for burglers looking through the window to see that house has an alarm.

If you go to your local electrical wholesalers there are now multiple modules available to convert analogue alarm signals to IP. So you can get any old alarm installed and then just use one of the many modules to monitor with IP.

For IP camera's you could look at Ubiquiti's AirCam. Pretty neat little cameras. They have their bugs though.

I was thinking of building an alarm system using Ubiquiti mfi. Probably pretty hard though.

Great software, just a terrible quality picture. Just like everything Ubiquiti make it has it's pros and cons!
