Looking at getting 2 rooms and a door done, can someone give me an average cost to get this done, not looking for perfect $$ amount just a cost like between 2 or 3 thousand dollars?
thanks

stuzzo: Try and get windows that have thermal breaks, that is ones that don't have the aluminium continuous to conduct heat through the frame.

I would seriously look at PVC rather than aluminum. Will last longer, looks nicer too. We have had our whole house done with PVC double-glazing. Amazing. Check out ThermalFrame.

Badly worded on my part. I meant that they are a better investment over the long-term, less maintenance, hold their look longer, etc..
Tinshed: I've seen 40 year old anodised aluminum windows that are nearly 50 years old and they still look great.
