Need some significant renovation (uneven upper storey floors, kitchen, bathrooms) at some stage, as above, any reccommendations to get some ideas from those guys?

Easy.
Look on Nocowboys, search by category and your area.

It shows who is good, bad or mediocre.

Likewise Builderscrack, that one you can list your job, they'll email you - then you can look at their feedback/ratings before you get them round for quotes.
