We've finally sold our house in Christchurch and bought a place in Dunedin, but unfortunately that means we have to leave behind all the reliable tradies we've found over the years. The house that we've bought is another 1920s bungalow so I'm planning on doing the same thing that I did to our Chch '20s place: making sure it's all TPS, putting in modern switches and sockets, modern breakers and RCDs, adding a central splitter and running some cat6 around the place.

Can anyone recommend a decent electrician in Dunedin? I've seen a few good reviews of McArthur & Symons but not much for anyone else. They don't have to be the cheapest, I'm after someone that will do a decent job and cares about the quality of the work.
