They'll be a common size, any electrical wholesaler should have them or be able to get them.

There's also these (Blue, red, or green) but I'd be reluctant to use them.

Agree with Andrew.  The ones on the stove are better at keeping steam out because of how the coloured plastic fits over the switch.  You can also look at RS Components http://nz.rs-online.com/web/ but an electrical wholesaler is likely to be cheaper.
