Hi there all helpful people.

We are contemplating to appoint Landmark Homes-North Shore & Rodney franchise to build our new house. We are inquiring from any one who got any experience dealing with them or have heard any positive or negative stories about them from others. Any response would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

The best people to talk to are people they have built homes for, so you should ask them to see other homes they have built.

not sure if classic builders are up your way but they were best bang for buck against the other companies...we're building a fairly up spec house and its coming in at just on $1500psqm where as the others were 1650ish

Thanks mattwnz. We will do that too. We would still like to know first hand from someone neutral (not their referred) or have heard anything about this particular franchise.
