Hi all,

I have the joy of EQR coming back to fix the bathroom walls. (They put lining paper on the walls of a bathroom with poor ventilation).
The work entails "Remove, Dispose, Seal, Skim x 2, paint".

Now logically I would think each of the steps after Dispose would require some curing time and you should not really be showering in the bathroom.
Times would vary, and it does depend on the day itself I spose as well.
Some estimates I've heard is 3 days per skim, and another 3 for the paint before you should shower in there again, some was 2-3 weeks.

Anyone had any experience with this and could offer their estimate for how long before the shower can be used?
EQR have said "There may be an evening when it will be advised if the shower could not be used".
That seems to conflict with the advise I've been told.

Thanks for any help in advance,
Terry
