I have a bit of mahogany, around 230 mm wide and 25 mm thick. I'd like to have it resawn to around 3 mm or so thick, for the purpose of making some guitar pick guards. The trouble is I don't have a bandsaw.

Does anyone have one or know someone or some place around Christchurch that can do this for me? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
D.
