Check here (can be pretty cheap), or buy at DSE here for $32. Variable voltage here, but you can get them cheaper elsewhere. Alternately trademe ($12 + $5 postage) or ebay, but ebay quality questionable.

^The trademe link is the exact equivalent. Only difference 2A instead of 1.2A so better capability than existing for no downside.
