So that makes NZ in line with Aussie for 900MHz, so things that were previously ok there but not here are ok now. Might help with your selection of automation gear.

So what devices are available to use now compared to before?

Few wireless serial links and stuff like that I have found so far. and the RFM69 modules come in a 915MHz version which will be good to get away from the cesspool of 433MHz
