I'm thinking of recladding my monolithic clad house ( cement fibre panels ) with blue barrier http://www.seamlesscoatings.co.nz/leaky-home-solutions/liquid-cladding-system/

The cladding is getting a bit old, and there's a couple of high moisture areas only.

They'll wash the walls, route out all the panel joins, seal them with blue barrier and then coat the whole house.  Then it gets painted.

At the end of that, they'll install wifi moisture monitors in the walls, and I'll get a weekly moisture report so I can detect any failure in the cladding before it becomes serious.

Anyone know what sort of sensors they might be using?  I believe it's an off the shelf solution but I searched and can't find anything.
