I had a investment property built built with them in chch, completed Nov last year. Full turn key, including basic garden.

We used the concise building method(largely built off site). No real difference than other builders spec houses in terms of quality, you get what you pay/ask for. but I feel MGH better understood the move in ready concept.

Build time  was no faster 4-5 month(after consent), Add another month if you hit XMAS or winter. We did not require any rework, ie paint touch ups or any quality issues during our final inspection. I've built with Horncastle 2x, and also a independent builder.

I would build with them again, the 5% deposit is tempting also LVR is 80% for new investment builds...
