Has anyone here purchased furniture from IFurniture.co.nz? They have stores in AKL/Hamilton but I'm based in WLG so would have to order online. Their prices seem very good. Just not sure if it's too good to be true.

We ordered from them, a set of drawers recently. They were cheap and once they delivered, I could see why. They did agree to take them back after some slightly firmer words, and tried to get us to pay delivery etc. In the end thought we were in the right I couldn't be bothered and paid delivery and they paid pickup. On reflection I probably wouldn't buy from them again as there are so many alternative places.

Visited the Hamilton store last year.  It looked very nice at first glance, worthy of a high end home magazine, but decided it was mostly all flash and no substance.  I guess it depends what you are after.  The drawers we were looking at felt like they were made out of balsa wood.

Those two replies along with my wife's assertion that she wants to 'try out' any furniture before purchase eliminates tjese jokers. Thanks!

If you still want another reason not to, I also avoid them like the plague now after a fiasco with a simple chair we purchased. Low quality even considering the price. It's okay if you're staging a house but for actual use I would highly advise not purchasing anything.
