Hi all, this might seem a bit basic but I can't for the life of me figure out how to pop this plate off the wall. Any idea? There're no caps with hidden screws or anything...just a blank plate.

Bit like this one, but for telephone + with a sliding cover.

The outer "ring"comes off. should be able to get something in there and pop it off from one end. Don't try the long sides it'll be hard at best.

It's probably (?) in two parts. If that's the case, it will split along that dividing line. Remove the outside bit and the screws will be underneath. The outside bit should just have clips that pop off.

use a tea spoon on one of the corners between the wall and the plate to pop the outer ringy thingy off
