google images tells me that the case is full of makeup brushes so my best guess is the tool is for curling eyebrows?
For undoing all those funny "security" screws on the phones ?
Nose hair trimmer.
Brunzy: Could be the handle the bits slot into
Bits have their own handles as per second picture. They are little screwdrivers. The screwdrivers are what I bought the kit for (to allow me to work on marine electronics).
The red plastic component goes over the top end of the screwdrivers to allow more turning force to be applied.

That list of phones is pretty old, so perhaps its an antenna tightener or something?

Brunzy: Hard to see from that angle but is the end round or hexagonal ?
Both ends are round. At the narrow end, one tool has two projections, the other two little indentations.
It's unclear how you would rotate the tool with anything else in the toolkit.

Only thing I can think of would be for applying even downward pressure to a U.FL(or similar) antenna connector the slot being so the cable can exit
But that is an educated guess.
