Just a small shout out for great service;

Situation: Just installed Mains Pressure hotwater, caused shower head cover to keep popping off.

Expectation: Restrictor was removed when we had low pressure, expectation was that I would need to buy a new restrictor or new head.

Result: I was told I should swap the head as the old one may continue to pop off, Methven asked for my address details and couriered at no cost a brand new unit with restrictor. This was totally unexpected and in my mind great service, I later realized there was quite a long warranty on Methven gear but at no time was i quizzed just great service hence the shout out.

So guys keep this service in mind when you thinking of tapware I think it makes a positive difference to a buying decision.
