Anyone know if there is a city side place to take recycling if we can't fit it all in our bin? I have a lot of stuff after a garage cleanout and I would like it gone today ideally or tomorrow, if there is an option. I was hoping the transfer station in Onehunga might take it but the website is ambiguous.

Also with such a push to recycle, why is it we get a weekly small rubbish bin and fortnightly recycling. 

Wondering if there is an option to have a paid second recycling bin in Auckland?
