We are having a heatpump based hot water cylinder replaced (Hydro Hero Aqua Man) which has been fantastic over the last 4 years or so.

Unfortunately the company that sold it to us no longer can get service parts for it so they have offered to replace it with a different brand.

They have offered either the Aquarian or Rinnai brands - both outdoor models.

Anyone have any experience with either positive or negative they can share to help me decided?
