I have a approx 19 halogen down lights that I replaced with LCD ones a couple of years ago.  I have these lights just gathering dust so out they go,  I did put them on trademe but no body seems to want them these days.

I was just going and try and put them on face book marketplace or is there a another use that that could say use the  transformers  for something ?

Just throw them out in the rubbish. The old halogen transformers often need a minimum load to run, so you can't even use them for running LEDs

Honestly, I'd really be surprised if someone was wanting to replace their existing lighting with a very inferior fire hazard....
How ever if they have the black wire wound 12V transformers I'd happily take a few.

Cheers

Unlikely to find a home for those aside from a hoarder I'm afraid

Transformers are electronic not isolating so not worth a lot (the isolating transformers can be used with low voltage bathroom fans, and maybe garden lighting if the transformer is installed indoors somewhere)

Smash them up so noone trys to reuse them and throw them out. Anyone that buys them used or even takes them for free to install is an idiot.

If you put them on trademe you may get something for them if people need parts etc

Noone should need parts for them. They are dangerous obsolete trash.

A metal recycler might take them. Probably not worth going if they're all you've got though.
