My ranch slider door is very heavy and hard to slide. It is also making unusual noise when sliding.

I think it needs new rollers.

Also an aluminium window stay is broken.

I would appreciate any recommendation for a repairer in wellington area.

Jon

Exceed - I can unreservedly recommend these guys. We have used them several times and recommended them to friends - they have always done an outstanding job.

We had some 15-yo aluminium bi-fold doors where the roller carriages in the bottom track had worn out and the doors were scraping and jamming. Also the pin locks into the top and bottom tracks were faulty. They had all the parts and fixed everything like new. Brilliant.

I believe it’s a franchise operation - just call them. We’re in Auckland.
