I have DSC impassa SCW9057. I have configured it with 3G2055 to have command & control via SMS over predefined number.

It sends out sms on arming/disarming and any configuration change notification. But it doesn’t send sms when alarm gets triggered.

Is it possible to configure it to send sms or call on alarm trigger? Also I can’t connect panel wirelessly over SMS or 3G to DSL software.

Can someone please guide me? It will be really helpful.

Please don't double post - I've removed your other post.

It would help if you're able to provide your actual alarm model. That appears to be the alarm panel only. To get the alarm model you'll have to look at the controller itself.

Impassa is self contained alarm so the panel and controller are combined. Its not separate. so panel and controller is SWC9055 and there is a 3g communicator attached which is 3g2055.
