which seem to be a good price since it would be free shipping from AU if I order enough for the garage.

There are not many 3 foot replacements around, and at $13 bucks it seems too good to be true, would also need some 4 and 5 foot ones for various fittings too.

Has anyone bought these ones and can verify if there is _any_ flicker from them at all - like if they hold their phone camera up to the tube there is no banding at all - even high frequency small lines?
