Hi

We have a 3 phase sola x hybrid inverter but the inverter in the sola x cloud portal does not see some appliances running such as heat pumps. Would it be a faulty inverter or something to do with the wiring in the house?
There is also a large discrepancy in the stats given the solar x cloud portal and the readings the power company gives us in terms of imported and exported power. A chnt meter has been installed in the electrical panel in the garage and those numbers match the numbers given in the sola x cloud portal.. The power company says we have imported a lot more power and exported way less power compared to the numbers from the solar portal /chnt meter.

Would like to know what people think.

Perhaps you should get the installers to answer that question. After all, you’ll need to get them in to fix it, won’t you?

installers have already been back to check over things and update the firmware, will be calling the installers again tomorrow.

Power company looking at all the data from the solar portal to try and work out if the 2 way meter is faulty as well.

Just after some opinions on what could be going on.
