The panel itself doesnt have any buttons. does anyone know how could I turn it back on? attached below is the control panel.

Go to your fuse box and check the breakers?

Did that, all switches are with on position, if fuss issue, switch won’t be able to turn on? Is it correct?

Can't really help

According to https://www.hrv.co.nz/content/images/uploads/2019/04/HRV-Manual-Touchscreen-Mode.pdf

The looks like the first one and maybe the screen is off unless you press the power switch on the top left of the touch screen?

Reading a few posts the screen may turn back on in 8 hours from when it got power again automatically unless you can find how to turn it on manually..

Thank you so much for your help, I was reading that post as well, I will wait and see whether it will turn back on.

tired waiting for 8 hours, still no sign of the panel turn off ;(

looked at the fan unit, there is no switch on the unit itself, one power cable and one appear to be network cable.

made sure all the cables are connected firmly and tried connecting different power socket, no difference.

Hi Sam,

I'm experiencing the same issue with my HRV touchscreen having no power.  Did you get yours going again?

Find the circuit breaker again and switch it off for a minute or two then turn it back on.

(you probally did this already right)?

Edit: just saw you plugged it in elsewhere....

Ok, so maybe the network cable connection is dodge?  (thats the link between the unit and the display).

have you tried checking the connection on the wall display?  (carefully take it off...that front cover should pop off and then you should see the screws).

Yes, did this an nothing happened.  Even changed the fuse in the roof fan box.  Touchscreen is still not working.  Power is going to the roof fan box, there is a red light inside it that is flashing.  Just no power to the touchscreen.

This is my power board.  HRV on the top right switched to "on".  I have tried resetting the mains, didn't help either.

Oh bummer.  Did you get your motor unit fixed?

I checked the network connections at the back of the touchscreen panel, it's well connected.  So, still not working. Looks like I am back to looking at my motor unit, which currently has a red light flashing inside the plastic box motor unit - so it's getting power.

Yep same as mine, the small box where the cable goes in had a red light, but just didn’t turn on.
I would recommend take it as a chance for a alternate system if it is your house.

And I had the unit replaced
