You can buy them all over the place, Bing "outdoor daybed".

 

 

Note that prices range from crazy expensive through to eyewateringly expensive.

Saw Similar one at bunnings 2 weeks ago, cant remember the price..

 

Cannot seem to find it on their website anymore. i saw it at Supa Centre, Manukau Auckland.

One caveat about the ultra-cheap ones, I saw some at Bunnings or M10 a while back, mostly plastic and thin rolled steel with a vague zinc wash, they're going to last about one season in the NZ climate before the UV and salt corrosion get to them.
