Anything to look for?
I saw a BEKO fridge today. I only know them from making cheap TVs, but the fridge came with a 5 year warranty.

424 litres for $997. Is that what I expect to pay for something around this size? Or more for better quality?

We didn’t choose to have plumping to the fridge, so we can’t have one with a water dispenser.
Apparently it’s expensive to have installed later. Is this true?

We need a fridge approx 700mm wide with freezer at the bottom.

It will be expensive to have plumbing done later behind fridge cavity so that is correct. You can buy fridges which have ice and water dispenser that do not have plumbing but they have a small water resevoir tank which you fill with water for chilled water/ice dispensing.

Do whatever you want to do man.

We were looking at beko but got put off by the retailer they had a few returns , we went with lg 450 great fridge around 1200 on special and ten year warranty. Water dispenser we just got filter tap instead just as good they actually take up quite a bit of room as well. No complaints on the lg

If you have cabinets between the fridge and a water source, the toe kick panel will normally just pull off and you have great access to run electirs and water under the cabinets. You can always hide the pipe in capping around doors etc.

I would not be without a plumbed in fridge ever again. Best thing ever even if the first half glass of water isnt cold.

Interesting. Wasn’t aware of that. Have had a quick look, but most of them are quite wide. Our width can be no more than 700mm.
