Where wanting to get our patio done, but the outfit that did our driveway are snowed under and we where hoping to get it done sooner than they can manage.

Can anyone recommend a good concreting company in Chch that could do our patio and some mowing strips around our lawn?

Your best bet of finding someone to do it is probably www.builderscrack.co.nz

What I love about that website is that as soon as I post a job, I get pretty quick responses from qualified tradies who actually want the work. None of that wasting time and energy ringing around and explaining what I want, only to be told they are too busy with big jobs to do my smaller job, or that they can't fit me in for the next month.

A few days ago I secured a drain layer within 15 minutes of posting the job. Keen for the work, he arrived at my house 2 hours later to do the quote. Easy for everyone.

And because all completed jobs are rated and reviewed, it's pretty easy to weed out the ones that are no good.

Thanks, I'll have a look at that.
