I have a ryobi vacuum with the lower bung on it to empty it out. (this one at bunnings)

Its quite common in the US for there to be pumps that go onto that to let you drain the water as you are vacuuming out to somewhere else, so for like waterblasting a concrete floor in the basement, not having to stop and empty the vacuum every 5 mins.

But asking locally I get nothing.

USA has https://www.amazon.com/Vacmaster-Wet-Pump-Accessory-PE401/dp/B00NR8K5KW and https://www.homedepot.com/p/RIDGID-Quick-Connect-Pump-Accessory-for-RIDGID-Wet-Dry-Vacs-VP2000/100496507 for what I consider a great price, but I cant find anything in proper voltage anywhere online.

What about a bilge pump? Most will be 12V i'd say due to being made for boats. But you may find something that will run off 240V, or just sort a 12V power supply. Could leave the pump in the vacuum and have it plumbed to the drain, then to a hose outside. Just an idea anyway.

Failing that, could have the vacuum higher up and have it drain into a drum, which you empty with buckets later.

The issue is that the container in a vacuum is under, well, vaccum. You need to pump any liquid out, not just let gravity do its thing unless you have a few meters of head available.

230V sump pumps should be readily available. But they won't mount nicely in the same way as these.

Also I would have to mutilate the drain cap or somewhere else to get the hose out of the barrel part of the cleaner, which means dealing with ryobi spares (therefore bunnings special order hell) to get a replacement cap for it. I'm assuming that they are a standard thread among all the TTI products and not a silly american thread on the cleaner itself so I might get a cap from the US and put a tank fitting in it and see how that goes with an inline pump if I dont find anything else.

Find a barb fitting that will screw into your drain bung thread?  Then you could run a hose to an external pump.

Its a huge coarse thread about 50mm diameter, Not sure if its the same as like pool pumps or similar have as their thread, since if I take it off I cant use the vacuum I really dont want to have it off and probably lose it for a while till I order a spare one.

A check valve would handle that.
