Looking at a house that is not leaky (builders report), but has plaster finish and no cavity system.

Has anyone in Auckland had a house reclad? and if you who by and would you recommend them?

After some quotes before we look to make any offers to understand the total cost.

House is fully plaster, not just a bit here and there.
