I’m renovating my small bathroom (around 6m2) with shower on the bath; one small window and extractor fan. Half of the room’s wall is replaced with new Aqualine board. What did you use to prime and seal the green board? I’m in between Dulux or Resene sureseal?

I use Dulux One Step Oil Base primer / sealer for everything. Works great. Oil base takes a bit longer to dry but is more robust.

Any pigmented sealer is fine. Aqualine has a wax like coating on it, hence you can't use normal primer undercoat.
