hi im having problem with the galvanized version of hrv 

filter was change and to power on the hrv, the power button works , has power, when press down the arrow it changes the fan to full power and runs for a short time

when i try to set the temp , it goes down to the lowest setting ,and has no sound coming out, its not able to increase power at all,

can anyone help with this issye ?
