hi - I'm about to do quite a lot of rivetting - does anyone have recommendations or experience with different cordless rivet guns? I have a lot of AEG batteries but they don't have a 18V rivetting gun out until May - does anyone had experience with other brands? No big rivets, max 4.8mm width - and I am particularly interested in speed + not jamming as the job looks a bit dull to begin with :(

Very interested to hear what you’re doing - tell us more?

If it's basic pop rivets you can get adapters that turn any cordless screwdriver into a rivet gun, google "rivet adapter drill" or similar to find them from the usual suspects.

I ended up getting the 18V Milwaukee, as I heard it was faster than the Makita option, and that their 12V option was too slow. Gesipa apparently had to be returned to Europe for repairs so that wouldnt work, and the AEG model wasnt available for several more months
