I have just noticed some popped pieces on my fibre cement cladding. I usually put a recycle wheeled bin by the wall, and its handle has the same height as these popped pieces. So, my original guess is the wheeled bin causes it (possibly due to the extreme wind in Wellington). Is there any other reason you can think of?

Could I scrape the popped pieces, plaster them, and then paint them? Definitely will put the bin far away from the wall.....
